Hello! I'm Allisha, the baker, photographer, and recipe developer behind Treats by Allisha.

My love for baking began in my grandmother's kitchen. I was just 8 years old when she first let me help make her famous chocolate chip cookies. Watching the simple ingredients transform into something so delicious felt like magic, and I was hooked.

After college, I worked in marketing for several years, but I always found myself gravitating back to baking in my free time. Friends and family would request my cakes for special occasions, and I realized that creating recipes and sharing them with others brought me more joy than my day job.

In 2018, I took a leap of faith and enrolled in a professional pastry program. After completing my training, I started Treats by Allisha as a small custom cake business. As demand grew, I began documenting my recipes and sharing them online.

Today, I focus on creating reliable, delicious recipes that home bakers can recreate with confidence. Every recipe on this site has been tested multiple times to ensure perfect results. I believe that baking should be accessible to everyone, so I include lots of tips and detailed instructions.

When I'm not in the kitchen, you can find me hiking with my dog Charlie, browsing local farmers' markets, or curled up with a good book and a slice of cake.
